When a credit is used
One prepaid lead credit is used when valid customer contact details are delivered and the property, location, and requested work match your active profile.
“Exclusive” means the request is delivered to you and is not concurrently sold by Memphis Lawncare Leads to another provider.
Seven-day replacement policy
Report an invalid lead within seven calendar days. If approved, one lead credit is returned to your balance within two business days.
Eligible credit reasons
Disconnected or incorrect phone number
Duplicate request delivered within 30 days
Property outside your selected service area
Requested work outside your selected services
Obvious spam or a non-homeowner solicitation
Not replacement-eligible: a homeowner choosing another provider, not accepting an estimate, a scheduling conflict, or an unanswered but working contact number. A match is an opportunity, not a guaranteed booking. Previously delivered valid requests remain used credits.
Packages are one-time prepaid purchases in U.S. dollars. This test-mode checkout does not process real payments. Refund and credit-expiration terms will be finalized before live launch.
